USER DESIGNS COPYRIGHT AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
User-Provided Design Content
Any custom designs, images, or content (“Custom Designs”) submitted by the user on the Platforms must be entirely owned by the user or lawfully licensed for use. LOVEFUL assumes no responsibility for verifying the copyright status of any user-uploaded or submitted Custom Designs.
Copyright and Legal Risk
Users warrant that their Custom Designs do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights, and do not violate any applicable laws. If any legal disputes, claims, or lawsuits arise from the Custom Designs provided by the user, the user is solely responsible for all legal liabilities and must hold LOVEFUL harmless from any damages or liabilities incurred.
Authorization and License
By submitting Custom Designs, the user agrees to grant LOVEFUL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the design within its business scope, including but not limited to the production, display, promotion, and sale of products featuring the user’s custom design. This authorization does not affect the user’s ownership of their designs.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This section applies to platforms but not to products that one of our regional markets may be selling online.
LOVEFUL tries to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. However, LOVEFUL does not warrant or represent that LOVEFUL’s Material is accurate, error-free or reliable or that use of LOVEFUL Material will not infringe rights of third parties.

At loveful.ai we work very hard to fulfill all orders, however, we do not guarantee the availability or quoted delivery or processing time of any product displayed on this site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on loveful.ai at any time without notice. However, our company is focused on satisfying you the consumer’s needs and concerns, and we are dedicated to providing you with outstanding service.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to fulfill the order in the estimated time. If this happens, we will attempt to notify you of the delay. While we make every attempt to avoid delays we do not guarantee delivery dates.
PROMOTIONS AND COUPONS
LOVEFUL coupon codes are subject to expire without notice. LOVEFUL will not accept expired coupons codes even if they are linked from third party sites. Coupons will not be applied to bundled items or premium gifts or special items. Coupons may not be applied to sale items and cannot be combined with any other offer.
FREE GIFTS
Free gifts are limited in quantity and subject to availability. LOVEFUL reserves the right to substitute a comparable free gift, without notice, if the selected free gift is not available.
PRICING ERRORS
loveful.ai works hard to provide you with accurate pricing. However, data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed due typographical or system errors. Therefore, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including product specification, information, prices, or the color of the products. loveful.ai reserves the right to correct any and all errors, and we do not honor inaccurate prices or other inaccurate information. If a product that is listed below its actual price is purchased, we will, at our discretion, either contact you to discuss possible options, or cancel the order and notify you if the order has been cancelled. If we have already shipped your order, you agree to either return the product to us or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.
To illustrate the value of the product being sold, we have the Retail Price displayed on our website. This represents the price suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, the full retail price listed on the product itself, or an estimated price in accordance with the estimated retail value for a comparably featured items offered by our competition; or the standard industry practice.
OTHER ERRORS OR INACCURACIES
loveful.ai makes every effort to ensure that all information on our site is complete and accurate. Some products may appear smaller or larger than their actual size in the pictures on loveful.ai. Also every computer monitor is set differently, thus colors and sizes may slightly vary, based on the computer you are using. As it is difficult to know the exact total carat weight of some stones, we state that the total carat weight of any product may vary by 0.05 from the stated weight. For gemstone and pearl measurements, the measurement might vary by 0.25mm.
Measurements are also approximate as it is impossible to make all jewelry to end up with the same exact measurements.

Currently, for safety and convenience, we prefer to accept credit card & Paypal as our main payment method.
The US dollar, Australia, Canada, pound, euro and Hong Kong dollars are allowed. Revise & Order Cancel: To revise or cancel your order, please contacts us as soon as possible after placing order.
Notes: We are not always able to revise or cancel an order already dispatched. Orders has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
