Initial Adjustment Discount Terms:

If requests are made within 30 days after receiving the original order, the customer has the right to obtain the first size adjustment at the 35% discount of the original price.
The original product will be recycled and the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Standard Adjustment Fees:
After enjoying the preferential adjustment for the first time, LOVEFUL will adjust the fee at the standard size of the following products at 60%of the original price:

Items customized in 10K White Gold, 10K Rose Gold, or 10K Yellow Gold.
Items customized in 14K White Gold, 14K Rose Gold, or 14K Yellow Gold.
Items customized in 18K White Gold, 18K Rose Gold, or 18K Yellow Gold.
Items with moissanite stones.
Special order items, such as those with custom sizes and colors (additional $20 charge).
Final sale items are not eligible for resizing.
Rings beyond the free resizing timeframe.

Special clauses:

For special high-grade jewelry customization projects, LOVEFUL reserves the right to adjust the pricing. Official personnel will evaluate the situation and provide a reasonable explanation via email.
