To ensure the ethical crafting of our products, we partner with carefully selected third-party manufacturers (“Manufacturers”) who share our commitment to fairness, respect, and transparency throughout the supply chain.

Our dedication aligns with the principles of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB657) and the Fair Labor Association Code of Conduct (“Code”). These frameworks guide us in eliminating unethical practices such as forced labor and human trafficking while advocating for fair treatment, lawful wages, and safe working environments.

Partner Standards
Every Manufacturer working with Loveful must affirm their adherence to the Code as a prerequisite for collaboration. If a partner fails to meet these ethical standards, Loveful will immediately address the situation, up to and including terminating the partnership.

Oversight and Monitoring
To maintain transparency, Loveful conducts regular on-site evaluations. These assessments, carried out either by our team or independent experts, ensure that our partners uphold the values we stand for. Priority is given to regions or circumstances where risks of non-compliance are higher.

Ethical Accountability
Loveful operates with a zero-tolerance stance against forced labor or unethical treatment in any form. Manufacturers found engaging in such practices will face immediate and decisive action, including removal from our network.

Empowering Through Education
To strengthen our commitment, we offer ongoing training programs for our team. These sessions help ensure everyone involved in managing our supply chain is well-versed in recognizing and upholding ethical practices.
